• Fertility Awareness & Cycle tracking

• Diet, supplements, exercise, & lifestyle modifications

• Guidance & emotional support

• The role of Complementary & Alternative Modalities

In treatment (currently under the care of an OB-Gyn or REI specialist):

• Help with understanding underlying diagnosis

• Help with understanding and navigating treatment protocol, office appointments, and cycle progress

• Medication assistance (education, training, and injection administration)

• Diet, supplements, exercise, & lifestyle modifications

• Guidance & emotional support

• The role of Complementary & Alternative Modalities
