Postpartum Transition

During pregnancy (recommended) or after birth

These sessions are designed to help navigate the ups and downs during the first year following birth.  We will discuss tools and techniques to help facilitate bonding and transition to parenthood.

  • Parental leave and returning to work

  • Birth processing & Recovering from a difficult birth

  • Solo parenting & Building your village
